JUDE OBIEKWE is the CEO/MD of Catchline Consulting and Ventures Nigeria Limited. He is the Co-Founder of 'The Pivot Nigeria', a platform dedicated to transforming the mindset of young Nigerians towards embracing challenges and turning them into opportunities. In his career, Jude has worked with several reputable organizations, including Protea Hotels, where he rose through the ranks to become the first black general manager of the five-star brand globally. He serves as the resident pastor of Dominion City (Awka Branch), a ministry that focuses on developing leaders to make a difference in their communities a n d society. Additionally, he holds the position of regional director for Dominion Leadership Institute in South-East Nigeria. Jude is a firm believer in driving growth and innovation by harnessing the potential of people and teams. He firmly believes that an organization's greatest asset is its people and that unlocking their potential is the key to unlocking endless possibilities.

Esv Dr Iroy Chinemerem Orji ANIVS,MBA PSLC ANIM(chartered) Studied Estate Management in Abia State University and is a Master Of Business Administration (MBA) from Esut Business School, Enugu. He is an Associate member Nigeria Institute of management, Chartered, Policy Strategy and Leadership Course(PSLC) and Nigeria Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies(NIPSS), Kuru, Jos. He is the Deputy Managing Director and co-founder of Sunclave Investment Ltd, Foremost Agri Fintech company in Nigeria, a Non Executive Director, AGSS Netherlands, the MD at TAUREN Logistics Nig Ltd. He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer; Agric Consulting Expert; Customer Service Consultant and he sits on the board of several companies, Pastor with Dominion City Worldwide and as a Philanthropist, the President, Iroy Orji Foundation.

Blessing a Legal and Human Resources professional, with a combined experience of over 12 years in both fields. She has a track record of excellence in Legal practice, HR management, and training delivery. With 8 years of experience as a legal officer in corporate organizations, Blessing has a deep understanding of the legal landscape in Nigeria, and has provided invaluable legal advice and support to her employers. In addition to her legal expertise, she has also gained over 12 years of administrative experience, which has equipped her with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Her interest in Human Resources was piqued over time as she has worked as a human resource professional for over 6 years. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources international, and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR management, including training, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. She also runs staff trainings on various organizational topics, such as communication, integrity, excellence in the workplace, emotional intelligence, and company values. Blessing holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, and a Barrister at Law from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari. She has concluded her MBA program from Ahmadu Bello University and inducted as a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Charted Arbitrators. UMORU UWODI (Head of Real Estate Architecture)

Proficient in BIM (Building Information Modeling) applications and adept in construction project management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the architectural realm. As an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Umor is actively pursuing his professional registration, backed by an impressive 13-year tenure in design and construction oversight. His passion extends beyond architectural prowess, encompassing a fervor for mentoring and training emerging professionals. Umor is committed to nurturing young talents by imparting the wealth of architectural wisdom amassed throughout his extensive career. Jamiu Oladipo (Head of Real Estate Construction)
Jamiu Opeyemi Oladipo (C.REng) is a seasoned Nigerian civil engineer with a robust background in project management and construction supervision. He holds an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. Jamiu has managed and supervised numerous high-profile projects, including Divention Terraces, Zaarah’s place, Erics Park and Rhema Mall. He is a registered COREN engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE). With a career spanning over a decade, Jamiu has held significant roles such as Project Manager at Ashraph Construction and Engineering Services Limited and Head of Construction at Terra Developers Limited. His portfolio includes overseeing the development of residential estates, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects across Abuja and other regions. In addition to his professional achievements, Jamiu has contributed to academic research, co- authoring papers on reinforced concrete beams and sustainable building materials. He has also been actively involved in community service and student leadership, holding various positions within the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria during his academic years.
